Chamber prez leaving the organization for the corporate world.

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce announced today that president/CEO Jeff Golightly has resigned after four years with the organization. Golightly said he is pursuing a new opportunity in the private sector.

“After more than four years, I am still the newest manager on the team. We have had incredible consistency in our staff that will continue to meaningfully deliver for our membership,” Golightly said in a prepared statement.

Jackson Hole Chamber Chair Joe Madera stated, “As a natural leader, Golightly easily inspires those around him. The Chamber board and staff are not surprised that others have noticed his talent. Chamber members and the community of Jackson Hole should rest assured that the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is a strong and resilient organization.”

During Golightly’s tenure, Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce earned a 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, placing the organization among the top 1 percent of chambers nationwide.

Golightly will stay on full time through November to help guide the organization through the transition.
